Here are the details of the IDO:

1. IDO Start Time: 29th October 2022 15:00 UTC at aptoslaunch.io
2. The Round will support BOTH ERC-20 and Aptos Mainnet
3. The First hour of the Round (15:00 UTC to 16:00 UTC) will be Whitelisted addresses only.
4. You can submit your Aptos Addresses here https://aptoslaunch.crew3.xyz/questboard/423ff89e-b418-448f-b9c6-be09880b1f6c
5. The Tiering Allocation calculation and Whitelisted addresses (both ERC 20/APT based on Crew3 submission) will take place 12 hours before the sales.
6. You would be able to buy optional insurance for your allocation. The insurance cost is 10% of your buying amount. If you bought insurance at the IDO and the price of $ALT on the 60th day since TGE is below the IDO price — you will be reimbursed the loss difference; allowing you to protect your principal capital.
7. $APT exchange rate to $ALT will be set 6 hour before the sales.
8. From 16:00 UTC onwards, the Round will be open to the public until the round is filled.
9. The entire round is First Come First Served.
10. There’s no minimum subscription amount of $ALT for this round.
11. The whitelist address will be the same as the address you put in crew3.

Here’s how you can prepare for the IDO Private Round:

1. What chains are supported at the AptosLaunch IDO Private Round? — On our IDO Page (aptoslaunch.io) at launch, you will be able to select whether you wish to subscribe $ALT on the Ethereum Network or the Aptos Mainnet — If you wish to subscribe to $ALT on Ethereum, you would need to prepare USDT (ERC-20). — If you wish to subscribe to $ALT on the Aptos Mainnet, you would need to prepare $APT — the native Aptos Token. — The Round price of $ALT will be the same for both ERC20 and Aptos Mainnet. — The entire round is First Come First Served. — There’s no minimum subscription amount of $ALT for this round.
2. What chains of $ALT will I receive after subscribing to the IDO? — Depends on the chain you subscribed to on the IDO page. If you subscribed to $ALT on the Ethereum network — you will receive $ALT on the ERC20 network at TGE. Vice versa, if you subscribed to $ALT on the Aptos Network, you will receive $ALT on the Aptos Network at TGE.
3. What if I wish to bridge my ERC20 $ALT token to the Aptos Mainnet? How can I do that? — AptosLaunch ‘s official Bridge Partner is Mover (https://twitter.com/moverxyz) — they are the biggest bridge for ERC20 and Aptos tokens — we are excited to have them onboard as partners.
4. What is a Bridge? — A Bridge is the infrastructure to allow tokens to move cross-chains. A Bridge is what powered the $ALT token to be freely transferred across Ethereum and Aptos Mainnet.
